Murex Techno-Functional BA

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business, functional, and operational requirements across Murex projects and support activities
• Analyze current-state workflows, system usage, and data flows to identify gaps and improvement opportunities
• Facilitate workshops with business, operations, risk, finance, and technology stakeholders
• Translate business needs into functional and high-level technical specifications aligned with Murex and target operating model goals
• Support current-state assessments, target-state design, and implementation roadmap development

Requirements

• 6-9 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst in a techno-functional environment
• Hands-on experience as a BA or Techno-Functional Analyst within Murex
• Strong understanding of capital markets workflows, including front office, operations, risk, finance, and trade lifecycle processes
• Proven ability to elicit, analyze, and document business, functional, and system requirements
• Experience with process mapping, workflow analysis, gap assessment, and requirements traceability
• Strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, communication, and documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Murex implementation, upgrade, transformation, or Target Operating Model initiatives
• Familiarity with Agile delivery, JIRA, Confluence, and requirements management tools
• Understanding of Murex support models, release management, and production support processes
• Experience working across vendor, business, and technology teams in financial services environments
