Murex Tech Integration Analyst

Responsibilities

• Develop and refactor Murex workflows, integration points, and MxML (Workflows, Exchange)
• Manage the migration of Murex applications from on-premise to AWS instances
• Perform migration of trades, market data, and other reference data
• Develop, refactor, and maintain Datamarts, extractions, and associated scripts
• Integrate Murex with third-party confirmation and settlement systems
• Build new up-stream and down-stream integrations and convert existing points during version changes
• Perform XSL transformations and scripting (bsh, ksh, etc.)
• Conduct various levels of testing, including SIT and UAT, and participate in formal release cycles
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve environment issues and prepare for cloud deployment
• Manage stakeholder relationships and assist support groups with integration requests

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Murex Integration (MxML/WF)
• Hands-on experience with MxMLExchange, RTBS/MDCS, and Datamart
• Strong proficiency in SQL and RDBMS technology
• Experience with XML/JSON and XSLT
• Familiarity with UNIX/Linux operating systems
• Proficiency in English (C2 level)
• Knowledge of pre-trade frameworks and MSL scripting language

Preferred Qualifications

• BS or higher degree in Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science, or an equivalent field
• Experience with application deployments onto AWS EC2 instances
• Understanding of MxTest or Onyx for executing test cases
• Experience with MXpress, MXplus updates, and MX.3 main-branch upgrades
• Knowledge of Java/J2EE, Python, C/C++, or C#
• Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps, Jenkins, Git/Bitbucket, and Maven
