About the role

Responsibilities

  • Assess and document current-state production support, incident management, problem management, and KTLO processes across the Murex landscape
  • Analyze support workflows, ticket trends, service levels, operational controls, and handoff points to identify inefficiencies
  • Facilitate workshops with support teams, operations, business users, and technology stakeholders to gather requirements
  • Define and document target-state support processes, support models, escalation paths, and SLAs
  • Evaluate alignment of support processes with ITSM best practices and recommend improvements to operational resilience
  • Support the development of operational KPIs and reporting frameworks for Murex support functions

Requirements

  • 6-9 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Operations Analyst, or Support Analyst specifically within Murex
  • Strong understanding of production support, incident management, problem management, and change management
  • Deep knowledge of Murex operational workflows, production environments, and batch processing
  • Proven experience analyzing ticket volumes, service metrics, and operational performance data
  • Ability to document support workflows, operational procedures, and process maps
  • Strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and communication skills
  • English C2 proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with ITIL or ITSM frameworks and tools such as ServiceNow or Jira Service Management
  • Exposure to Murex release management, environment management, and production readiness activities
  • Familiarity with support governance and SLA/KPI management
  • Understanding of capital markets operations, trade lifecycle support, and post-trade processing
