Murex Operating Model Lead

Responsibilities

• Act as the expert-level consultant and end-to-end lead for Target Operating Model (TOM) delivery
• Lead current-state assessments across delivery, sustainment, and Keep The Lights On (KTLO) functions
• Own and drive TOM design covering delivery, release, and support workstreams
• Define standardized processes, governance frameworks, and ITSM-aligned KTLO practices
• Establish clear roles, responsibilities (RACI), and operating cadences across diverse teams
• Drive stakeholder alignment through workshops, reviews, and decision forums
• Define a KPI framework to measure delivery performance, quality, stability, and cost
• Develop and own the implementation roadmap, including timelines and key milestones
• Manage dependencies, risks, and cross-team coordination to ensure progress
• Identify and drive improvements in tooling, automation, and deployment practices
• Optimize the operating model regarding sourcing strategy, team structure, and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO)

Requirements

• 12-15+ years of professional experience, with substantial focus on Target Operating Models
• Deep expertise in system architecture and a strong understanding of Murex
• Proven experience in target model design, process design, governance, and KPI development
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams including developers, BAs, testers, and environment management experts
• Professional proficiency in English (C2 level)

Preferred Qualifications

• End-to-end Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) experience within Murex environments
