Murex Datamart Developer

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Murex Datamart components to meet regulatory reporting requirements
• Work extensively with Murex Datamart architecture and dynamic tables
• Design, develop, and optimize SQL queries for reporting and data extraction
• Investigate and resolve feeder failures and data loading issues within the Murex platform
• Analyze and troubleshoot data discrepancies across various Murex environments
• Support production issues and provide timely resolution for Datamart-related incidents
• Collaborate with business analysts, Murex consultants, and stakeholders to implement solutions
• Perform root cause analysis to enhance system stability and performance
• Assist in testing, deployment, and post-implementation support activities

Requirements

• 5-7 years of hands-on experience working with Murex
• Strong understanding of Murex Datamart architecture
• Hands-on experience with Murex dynamic tables
• Strong SQL development skills, including query optimization and performance tuning
• Proven experience debugging and resolving feeder failure issues
• Good understanding of regulatory reporting data flows within Murex
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• English proficiency at a B2 Upper Intermediate level or higher

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting and debugging MXML-related issues
• Exposure to Murex reporting and regulatory reporting modules
• Experience working in Capital Markets or Treasury environments
• Knowledge of release management and production support processes
