Murex Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate strong knowledge of Rates & Money Market products and their life cycle events
• Act as Murex Back Office Business Analyst covering Confirmations, Settlements, and SWIFT
• Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with objectives
• Prepare and present status reports to senior management regarding progress, risks, and issues
• Track test progress and coordinate with testing teams to ensure successful completion of phases
• Leverage experience in large-scale migrations of repo asset classes to drive project outcomes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the financial services industry
• Strong understanding of Repo and SBL products and their life cycle events
• Proven experience in managing backlogs, status reporting, and risk & issue management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with Front Office stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with the Murex platform
• Prior experience in large-scale projects migrating Rates or Money Market asset classes
• Experience in Project Management roles within financial services
