About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage assigned personnel and equipment in the Material Section to ensure maximum resource utilization.
- Oversee storage, shipping, and receiving operations in accordance with AFMAN 21-200, DAFMAN 21-201, and Munitions SOP.
- Develop production schedules, goals, and daily taskers to meet contractual requirements.
- Inspect munitions stockpiles, facilities, tools, and support vehicles to ensure serviceability.
- Utilize TICMS for production efforts and process management.
- Enforce strict adherence to technical, safety, security, and quality directives.
- Conduct sample surveillance audits and track personnel training requirements.
- Monitor net explosives limits for all storage and operating locations.
- Advise the Munitions Superintendent on personnel performance and production trends.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of experience with USAF Military Munitions or US service equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of combined supervisory experience in USAF munitions activities.
- Intermediate knowledge of USAF Supply, TMO, Munitions, and Tech Order systems.
- Proficiency in Windows Operating System and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret US Government Clearance (US Citizenship required).
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Physically capable of lifting, pushing, or pulling a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
- Valid home country driver's license.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience as a USAF Munitions Inspector (SEI Code 836).
- Working knowledge of TICMS, MC2, TMRS, and IMDS/DPAS.
- CCAF degree in Munitions Management.
- Intermediate experience operating forklifts and tractor trailers.
