Munitions Crew Foreman

Responsibilities

• Oversee the receipt, storage, inspection, transport, and maintenance of USAF munitions and supporting resources.
• Supervise assigned Munitions Technicians and ensure compliance with safety and quality management standards.
• Enforce USAF and host nation explosives safety, AFOSH, and security standards.
• Conduct warehouse inventories, correct discrepancies, and resolve serviceability or accountability issues.
• Prepare and configure munitions shipments for air, sea, and surface transportation.
• Operate and perform user maintenance on material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Perform munitions storage and maintenance actions according to stringent explosives standards.
• Provide technical training and evaluate the skills of crew members.

Requirements

• Minimum of four years of experience with Military Munitions.
• Intermediate knowledge of USAF Supply, TMO, Munitions, and Tech Order systems.
• Proficiency in Windows Operating System and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret US Government Clearance (US Citizenship required).
• Physically capable of lifting, pushing, or pulling a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Ability to operate material handling equipment.
• Valid home country driver's license.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience as a Munitions Crew Chief.
• Working knowledge of all munitions functional areas and USAF storage/inspection procedures.
• Intermediate knowledge of MC2, TICMS, TMRS, and IMDS/DPAS.
• Experience operating forklifts and tractor trailers.
• CCAF degree in Munitions Management.
