Responsibilities
- Support various departments including IT, Finance, and Marketing through administrative tasks
- Provide high-quality customer service to bank clients
- Handle inquiries and communications within the call center environment
- Perform daily duties during assigned 4-hour shifts
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Marketing, IT, Finance, or Banking
- Fluent English communication skills (speaking and writing)
- Basic time management and communication skills
- Ability to work on-site at the Sharjah Islamic Bank Head Office in Al Khan
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level candidates with 0 years of experience are welcome to apply
- Ability to commit to a 1-year limited contract with potential for extension
Benefits

- 7:30 AM – 11:30 AM
- 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
