Responsibilities

• Support various departments including IT, Finance, and Marketing through administrative tasks
• Provide high-quality customer service to bank clients
• Handle inquiries and communications within the call center environment
• Perform daily duties during assigned 4-hour shifts

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Marketing, IT, Finance, or Banking
• Fluent English communication skills (speaking and writing)
• Basic time management and communication skills
• Ability to work on-site at the Sharjah Islamic Bank Head Office in Al Khan

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level candidates with 0 years of experience are welcome to apply
• Ability to commit to a 1-year limited contract with potential for extension

Benefits

• 7:30 AM – 11:30 AM
• 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
