Multinational Service Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end multinational program servicing to ensure complex captive programs operate compliantly and seamlessly.
• Translate fronting decisions with captive partners into executable servicing actions.
• Ensure policies, certificates, and local documentation comply with fronting requirements, local regulations, and captive reinsurance structures.
• Coordinate timely issuance of documentation to avoid regulatory or tax exposure.
• Ensure underwriting decisions are accurately reflected in local policies, fronting agreements, and reinsurance cessions.
• Manage premium flows between the Zurich network and captives, ensuring correct allocation and preventing financial mismatches.
• Maintain day-to-day relationships and program maintenance with captive managers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years of service delivery experience OR High School Diploma and 4+ years of experience.
• Fluency in English.
• Intermediate knowledge of captive reinsurance.
• Experience in reinsurance accounting processes, including reinsurance cession and cashflow.
• Experience in end-to-end coordination between captives, insured parties, brokers, and fronting partners.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of insurance products, international business, finance, and economics.
• Strong analytical, planning, and multi-tasking skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage changing priorities and build professional networks.
• Bilingualism (French and English) is considered an asset.
