Multimedia Video Producer

Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit diverse video content including interviews, promotional videos, social media clips, and event coverage
• Develop creative concepts, scripts, and storyboards aligned with brand messaging and project goals
• Set up and operate professional production equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio gear
• Manage production timelines, budgets, and schedules while coordinating with internal teams and external vendors
• Adapt video content for various platforms such as web, social media, and internal channels
• Maintain visual and narrative consistency across all media assets
• Organize raw footage, project files, and media libraries for efficient retrieval

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in video production, multimedia content creation, or a related field
• Strong proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or After Effects
• Hands-on experience with camera operation, lighting setups, and audio recording
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
• Strong storytelling and visual communication skills
• Deep knowledge of social media video formats and digital content trends

Preferred Qualifications

• Motion graphics or animation skills
• Experience in marketing, corporate communications, media, or agency environments
• Experience with livestreaming or live event video production
