Multimedia Specialist

Responsibilities

• Execute professional-grade in-game capture for marketing and archival use
• Support on-set shoots for developer interviews, including camera and lighting operation
• Edit video assets for social platforms using Adobe Creative Suite
• Assist in managing the on-site broadcast suite and real-time stream encoding
• Maintain studio hardware, software, and technical documentation
• Produce internal video content for executive showcases and milestone reviews
• Coordinate with studio leads and publishing partners on content deliverables
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding unreleased game footage

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in video production or live broadcast
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop)
• Understanding of digital cinema cameras, audio signal flow, and studio lighting
• Experience with live streaming software such as OBS or vMix
• Ability to lift and maneuver equipment weighing up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work on-site in Sparks, MD

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Firaxis titles (Civilization, Marvel Midnight Suns, XCOM)
• Basic understanding of 4K/HDR workflows and motion graphics
