Multimedia Specialist

Responsibilities

• Lead the full multimedia production cycle, from concept development and scripting to final delivery.
• Plan, film, and edit professional videos showcasing research projects, scientific initiatives, and field activities.
• Capture high-quality photography documenting research, events, and partnerships using advanced lighting and composition.
• Execute post-production editing, including sound design, motion graphics, and animations.
• Adapt multimedia content into various formats for websites, social media, and executive presentations.
• Manage and maintain audiovisual equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio devices.
• Collaborate with researchers and communications teams to translate complex technical information into compelling visual narratives.
• Maintain a structured visual asset library with proper metadata and documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Media Production, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in video production, photography, and multimedia storytelling.
• Strong portfolio showcasing documentary-style content and institutional storytelling.
• Proficiency in industry-standard video editing and production software.
• Solid understanding of branding principles and digital content optimization.
