Multimedia Producer

Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, edit, and produce high-quality multimedia content including videos, animations, graphics, and audio for TV, radio, digital, and print.
• Oversee the entire production process from conceptualization and storyboarding to final delivery.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop engaging multimedia solutions and commercials for clients.
• Coach clients during commercial shoots to enhance their on-camera presence and storytelling.
• Operate professional cameras, lighting, and sound equipment in both studio and field environments.
• Manage internal production workflows and oversee station events and local campaign executions.
• Adapt content for various platforms including social media, websites, and live broadcast events.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in broadcast and multimedia production (video, audio, and graphics).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Audition).
• Experience operating professional camcorders and DSLRs (e.g., Sony, Canon, Blackmagic).
• Strong knowledge of field production lighting and audio recording.
• Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and oral).
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and work nights, weekends, or holidays as needed.
• Valid driver's license and ability to work onsite in Austin, TX.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Production, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Experience with Avid, DaVinci Resolve, or Cinema 4D.
• Knowledge of control room operations, including switchers and audio boards.
• Familiarity with news gathering tools such as iNews, VizRT, or Smartsheet.
• Experience with livestreaming and virtual production environments.
