Multimedia Producer

Responsibilities

• Follow a fast-paced schedule of shooting luxury real estate in diverse markets
• Produce, edit, and deliver captivating video property tours
• Take ownership of the full production process from conceptualization to post-production
• Capture and edit headshot and lifestyle photography to support agent branding
• Provide creative direction and guidance to on-camera talent
• Optimize video content for social media platforms including Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and TikTok
• Manage, maintain, and prepare production equipment
• Track and analyze video performance data to inform future creative decisions

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in media production
• Proven experience producing high-quality content for lifestyle, property, or brand-focused audiences
• Proficiency in operating DSLR/cinema cameras, sound, lighting, and grip equipment
• Competency in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator
• Proficiency in drone operation for aerial video and photography
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
