Multimedia Producer

Responsibilities

• Live capture videography in studio and on-site environments
• Perform professional video editing using Adobe Creative Suite
• Execute photography for studio work, special events, and product showcases
• Develop engaging scripts for informative technical video content
• Create detailed storyboards to guide production processes
• Partner with subject matter experts and instructional designers to support technical training products

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience
• OR Graduate Degree and minimum 2 years of prior related experience
• OR 8 years of prior related experience in lieu of a degree
• Proven expertise in videography, video editing, and photography
• Strong skills in scriptwriting and storyboarding
• Ability to provide a professional portfolio or demo reel demonstrating creative storytelling and technical capability

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Premiere, and After Effects
• Experience working within a professional production team
• Familiarity with Instructional Design practices
• Experience with emerging technologies in multimedia production
• Military experience or Defense Information School (DINFOS) training
• HAM radio experience
