Multimedia Manager

Responsibilities

• Create and produce engaging multimedia content including videos, graphics, and animations for internal and external platforms
• Capture and edit high-quality photographs and video for promotional, recruiting, event, and social content
• Manage end-to-end production from concept development through final delivery, timelines, reviews, and asset handoff
• Partner with scientific, engineering, and product stakeholders to translate complex topics into accurate visual stories
• Produce sales enablement materials, scientific explainers, and lab documentation
• Serve as the multimedia resource for Talent Acquisition, Internal Communications, Facilities, Product, and Commercial/Sales teams
• Build repeatable templates and lightweight production systems for high-frequency requests
• Develop and execute visual storytelling strategies across Notion, Slack, Web, newsletters, and social channels
• Maintain an organized multimedia asset library with metadata, tagging, versioning, and archiving

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced work settings or digital marketing agencies
• Experience with content strategy and storytelling in a startup or corporate environment
• Fluency with AI-powered production tools including generative image, video, audio, motion, and editing workflows
• Familiarity or comfort with scientific and technical topics; background in science, biology, AI/ML, robotics, or software is a plus
