Multimedia & eLearning Developer

Responsibilities

• Design visual assets for training including infographics, icons, illustrations, and slide templates
• Develop interactive eLearning modules using authoring tools
• Own the end-to-end build of eLearning courses from storyboard to fully functional courses
• Design engaging UI/UX for learning modules
• Create animations, motion graphics, and multimedia elements
• Ensure brand consistency across all learning materials
• Optimize courses for LMS delivery and mobile compatibility
• Balance visual design quality with rapid course development to support scalable learning delivery
• Develop and deliver high-quality learning assets across multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced production environment

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in Graphic Design & eLearning Development
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects)
• Advanced knowledge of eLearning tools (Articulate Storyline, Rise, Captivate)
• Excellent skill in animation and motion design
• Strong knowledge of UI/UX principles for learning
• Proficiency in visual storytelling
• Knowledge of SCORM standards
• Portfolio demonstrating eLearning work
• Experience in multimedia learning production
