Multimedia Designer

Responsibilities

• Create visual designs, illustrations, and motion graphics for large-scale digital learning programs
• Translate storyboards and instructional concepts into production-ready assets, including diagrams, infographics, and UI elements
• Design custom illustrations such as characters, icons, and visual environments
• Produce animated content and motion graphics for training videos and digital learning experiences
• Edit video content, including graphics, voiceover, and audio integration
• Collaborate closely with instructional designers, developers, and media specialists to maintain visual consistency and brand standards

Requirements

• 4–9 years of professional experience in visual design, illustration, or motion graphics
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, Animate, and InDesign
• A strong portfolio is required, demonstrating work in motion graphics, custom illustration, or digital learning assets
• Ability to translate complex concepts and storyboards into engaging visual storytelling
• Must be able to work full-time onsite at our Noida, India office

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with digital illustration tools such as Procreate or Sketchbook
• Experience using generative AI tools for creative ideation
• Proven ability to work within a collaborative media production environment for enterprise clients
