Multimedia Content Creator

Responsibilities

• Plan, film, and edit high-quality video content for training and internal communications
• Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment in indoor and outdoor environments
• Design visual assets including infographics, animations, and digital illustrations
• Use AI tools to optimize content creation processes and efficiency
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate technical concepts into engaging content
• Travel to operational sites, regional offices, and field locations to capture content
• Manage portable production equipment for on-location shoots
• Ensure all content is inclusive, accessible, and optimized for various platforms

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Multimedia Design
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in videography, editing, and design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating multimedia content creation
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
• Experience with video editing software such as Camtasia and Final Cut Pro
• Knowledge of motion graphics, animation, and visual storytelling
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to travel regularly and work outdoors

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a learning and development or educational environment
• Experience with e-learning authoring tools like Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate
• Proven experience integrating AI tools into content creation workflows
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles
