Multifunctional Receptionist

Responsibilities

• Perform guest check-in and check-out procedures and manage reservations
• Provide exceptional customer service and local tourist information
• Conduct night audits and manage daily billing controls
• Communicate the hotel's storytelling to create personalized guest experiences
• Identify and pursue upselling opportunities
• Work rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday with two consecutive days off
• Provide support to the breakfast and bar services when necessary

Requirements

• Service-oriented personality with previous hospitality experience
• Proficiency with the Opera Cloud system is highly preferred
• Fluency in English is required; French language skills are a significant plus
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work responsibly in a fast-paced environment
