About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform guest check-in and check-out procedures and manage reservations
- Provide exceptional customer service and local tourist information
- Conduct night audits and manage daily billing controls
- Communicate the hotel's storytelling to create personalized guest experiences
- Identify and pursue upselling opportunities
- Work rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday with two consecutive days off
- Provide support to the breakfast and bar services when necessary
Requirements
- Service-oriented personality with previous hospitality experience
- Proficiency with the Opera Cloud system is highly preferred
- Fluency in English is required; French language skills are a significant plus
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work responsibly in a fast-paced environment
