Multifamily Procurement and Purchasing Manager

Responsibilities

• Conduct a comprehensive inventory of materials, parts, and products across the multifamily portfolio
• Identify discontinued products and source qualified alternative suppliers
• Establish par levels, reorder thresholds, and implement an inventory tracking system
• Build approved vendor lists, purchasing workflows, and approval thresholds
• Negotiate volume pricing, supply agreements, and service terms with preferred vendors
• Support FF&E procurement for multifamily renovation and capital improvement projects
• Evaluate and improve purchasing workflows using AI-powered tools for spend analysis and forecasting
• Track and report spending by category and vendor to leadership

Requirements

• 5+ years in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain
• Experience in multifamily property management, facilities management, or hospitality
• Proven success in sourcing suppliers and negotiating vendor contracts
• Experience building or implementing inventory tracking systems and workflows
• Proficiency in procurement, ERP, or inventory management software
• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or facilities management preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with property management platforms
• Track record of using AI tools to improve procurement operations
