Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a personal book of business within the multifamily investment sales team
  • Create and execute an independent business model to contribute to team success
  • Generate new business and build long-term client relationships
  • Utilize back-office support including analysts, marketing, and administrative staff to drive transactions

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant investment sales experience
  • Proven transaction track record
  • Current valid real estate license in North Carolina or ability to obtain one within 90 days
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset and self-motivation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
