Multidomain Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, coordination, execution, and oversight of multidomain operations projects supporting Department of Defense (DoD) mission objectives.
• Manage complex projects involving Electronic Warfare (EW), Cyber Operations, Intelligence Operations, and other multidomain mission areas.
• Coordinate with government stakeholders, partner organizations, and cross-functional teams to establish project objectives, responsibilities, timelines, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Facilitate collaboration across operational domains, including land, air, sea, space, cyber, and electromagnetic spectrum operations.
• Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Support the integration of operational, intelligence, cyber, and electronic warfare capabilities into unified mission planning.
• Prepare and deliver project status reports, briefings, and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, contractual requirements, and applicable DoD standards.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and oversight to project teams.

Requirements

• Active DoD Top Secret/SCI Clearance
• 8-10 years experience in planning, scoping, developing, designing, and directing major projects in Multidomain Operations
• Focus on Electronic Warfare and secondary focus on Cyber Operations
• Experience coordinating with external contributing agencies and organizations
• Experience managing budgets and schedules

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP or equivalent program management certification
• Experience in Intelligence, Land, Air, Sea, or Space Operations
