Multidisciplinary Senior Engineer

Responsibilities

• Provide technical subject matter expertise for the planning and development of V&V plans, reports, and data analysis for the Joint Simulation Environment (JSE).
• Establish the credibility of the JSE through subject matter expert analysis.
• Assist with understanding and evaluating flight test data and corresponding Modeling and Simulation (M&S) data.
• Perform statistical comparisons between flight test and M&S data.
• Lead technical strategy development, guidance, and communication.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience (8+ years preferred).
• Active Secret Security Clearance.
• U.S. Citizenship.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Mission Systems Flight Test.
• Strong background in Systems Engineering and Architecting.
• Proficiency in Modeling and Simulation (M&S).
• Expertise in Verification, Validation, and Accreditation (VV&A).
• Knowledge of mission systems such as radar, ESM, EO/IR, datalinks, or fire control systems.
• Strong technical writing skills for Word documents and PowerPoint briefs.
