Multidisciplinary Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead projects through the entire lifecycle from idea and feasibility study to implementation and handover
• Take responsibility for safety, environment, scope, time, cost, and quality
• Work closely with customers to build long-term relationships
• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams including process, mechanical, electrical/instrumentation, and automation
• Contribute to the development of working methods, business, and teams

Requirements

• Several years of project management experience within industry, preferably process industry
• Experience managing projects in the range of 1–100 MSEK (e.g., Metal & Mining, Pulp & Paper, Chemicals & Biorefinery)
• Engineering degree (civil or college engineer) or equivalent experience
• Strong understanding of project management related to economy, schedule, and risk
• Very good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications such as PMI, IPMA, or PRINCE2
