Multidisciplinary Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as a central person in projects, responsible for budget, schedule, quality, and delivery
• Lead and support other consultants
• Ensure deliveries meet customer requirements and technical standards
• Collaborate closely with customers, other technical areas, and various stakeholders
• Manage projects ranging from small local assignments to large, long-term, and complex multi-year mandates

Requirements

• High school, university, or civil engineering degree in urban planning/civil engineering or equivalent relevant experience
• At least three years of experience as a project manager or assignment leader
• Experience working in multidisciplinary projects
• Strong knowledge of economics, business acumen, and budget/resource management
• Familiarity with industry laws, standards, and technical guidelines
• Proficiency in Swedish and English (written and spoken)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading employees in other countries
• Professional experience as an entrepreneur or working for a client/ordering party
