Multicultural Academic Program Director

Responsibilities

• Ensure the academic quality of the Multicultural Program in collaboration with Department Directors.
• Monitor student progress to ensure all graduation requirements are met and provide timely academic guidance.
• Manage academic advising processes, including course enrollment, audits, and academic advancement plans.
• Lead the deployment of program-specific initiatives, events, and internationalization goals.
• Act as a primary point of contact for parents regarding their students' academic journey.
• Partner with the Mentorship and Wellbeing departments to support student retention and address emotional or academic risks.
• Support student recruitment and attraction efforts through strategic participation in information sessions.
• Coordinate with Counselors to support students through the "Road to College" journey and graduation decision-making.

Requirements

• Completed Bachelor's degree (titulado).
• Completed Master's degree (titulado).
• English proficiency with a verifiable C1 certification.
• Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in high school (educación media superior).
• Proven experience in academic administration and student recruitment.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience in multicultural environments and excellent interpersonal skills with parents and students.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in a third language.
• Experience with classroom technology and AI applications for text and graphic generation.
• Experience leading interdisciplinary or inter-campus academic projects.
