Multicraft Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative, shutdown, and repair maintenance for the Facilities Technology Team
• Execute mechanical and electrical maintenance duties following safety and regulatory standards
• Document all maintenance activities in the company maintenance system
• Diagnose problems with existing equipment and machinery
• Use computer systems for diagnostics on electrical components and PLC systems
• Perform welding and fabrication as required
• Work from blueprints, sketches, or specifications
• Support continuous improvement programs including 5S

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ years of industrial maintenance experience or completion of a 2-year Industrial Maintenance Certification program
• Proficiency in mechanical tools and machine design
• Ability to read blueprints and technical documents
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights of 10 feet or greater
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and confined spaces
