Multi-Therapy Technician

Responsibilities

• Provide home-based assistance in the Évora region for patients undergoing oxygen therapy, aerosol therapy, and ventilation support (CPAP/AutoCPAP).
• Manage the full patient journey, including treatment initiation, equipment installation, function checks, and treatment conclusion.
• Educate patients on the safe use and maintenance of medical equipment, such as oxygen concentrators and liquid oxygen containers.
• Implement company safety procedures and Good Distribution Practices for home delivery.
• Maintain accurate daily records of services performed using the HOMES system and manage daily operational stock.
• Collect and manage medical prescriptions and necessary documentation to ensure correct billing and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• 12th-grade education or equivalent.
• Proven experience in patient assistance.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong customer and patient orientation.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working in the healthcare sector.
