Multi-technical Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate itinerant operational teams across Savoie, Haute-Savoie, Isère, and Ain
• Organize and plan daily tasks, setting clear objectives and providing instructions
• Ensure optimal intervention planning and resource allocation
• Maintain client satisfaction by following up on requests and resolving issues
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients and partners
• Prepare quotes and monitor non-contractual works
• Analyze performance indicators and propose corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with QSE and SMI procedures
• Manage costs and optimize operational processes

Requirements

• Higher education in a technical field (maintenance, HVAC, electrotechnics)
• At least 5 years of experience managing itinerant teams and coordinating operations
• Strong knowledge of multi-technical fields: HVAC, mechanics, automation, and electrical engineering
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and ERP tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in operational management with measurable results
• Proven ability to optimize technical and economic performance
• Confirmed expertise in QHSE and SMI rules
• Ability to manage itinerant teams autonomously
