Multi-technical Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform troubleshooting and maintenance interventions in refrigeration, air conditioning, heating, plumbing, and electrical systems (high and low voltage).
• Diagnose technical failures using systematic analysis methods.
• Provide immediate quotes and resolve issues either independently or with team support.
• Advise customers on interventions and provide technical guidance after repairs.
• Complete intervention reports and documentation at the client site.
• Ensure all work is performed in strict compliance with hygiene and safety regulations.
• Support professional clients in the tertiary, residential, and commercial sectors.

Requirements

• Training in Climate Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent technical field.
• Proven experience in multi-technical maintenance or emergency repair services.
• Strong ability to diagnose complex technical failures.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate technical information clearly.
• High level of reactivity and adaptability to different technical environments.
