About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and program management for the EEC Water Multi-Stakeholder Partnership (MSP) to ensure the delivery of projects across bulk water supply, demand management, and wastewater treatment workstreams.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement by convening the MSP Steering Committee and organizing regular workstream meetings with senior government officials, private sector leaders, and academic institutions.
- Act as a primary management interface between the public and private sectors to develop and implement concrete policies and financing mechanisms for water security.
- Manage content and knowledge by developing communication strategies, documenting results, and synthesizing lessons learned for global cross-learning.
- Oversee operational tasks including budget preparation, work programming, and the drafting of Terms of Reference for technical consultants.
Requirements
- Master's degree in business administration, management, engineering, natural resource management, economics, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of professional experience in executive leadership, project management, or strategic consulting.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working with the private sector to drive innovation or large-scale strategic initiatives.
- Proven experience engaging with senior-level stakeholders, specifically Thai Government Ministries and regulatory bodies.
- Native proficiency in Thai and fluency in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
- Strong understanding of the political economy and regulatory landscape in Thailand, particularly within the Eastern Economic Corridor.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in water/natural resource management or sustainability.
- Proven track record in mobilizing private capital or managing digital transformation initiatives.
