Youth Athletes United was created to provide the best programming and service in the market for youth sports, starting with their first sports experience. Amazing Athletes uses a multi-sport program to benefit children physically, mentally, socially, and emotionally, introducing the fundamentals of 10 different sports in a non-competitive environment.

Responsibilities

• Use individual attention to ensure every child has success and feels confident
• Implement a non-competitive approach to ensure classes are fun and stress-free
• Use positive reinforcement to encourage children and celebrate their success
• Follow the Amazing Athletes Coaching Manual & Curriculum
• Attend trainings and remain open to feedback to continuously improve coaching skills
