Multi-Sport Preschool Coach

Responsibilities

• Prepare in advance to teach the class and arrive early
• Build strong relationships with parents, teachers, directors, and children
• Lead fun, organized, and structured coaching classes
• Engage every child using individual attention and positive reinforcement
• Follow the Amazing Athletes Coaching Manual & Curriculum

Requirements

• Willingness to travel to Cedar Park, Leander, Georgetown, and Liberty Hill, Texas
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Minimum age of 20 years
• Ability to pass fingerprinting and a Texas comprehensive background check
• Ability to work with children aged 2-6 years old
• Commitment to a 10-12 month period

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with youth or preschool-age children
• Background in fitness, athletics, dance, or kinesiology
• First Aid Certification
• Previous coaching experience
