Multi Skilled Technician

Responsibilities

• Maintain company facilities and equipment, including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Perform repairs, modifications, and preventative maintenance on buildings, fixtures, and production equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment such as CNC machine tools, pumps, agitators, and hydraulic systems.
• Review service requests, determine the nature of problems, and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Coordinate day-to-day operations and work with outside contractors or subcontractors.
• Ensure all work complies with established safety procedures, including lockout/tagout and the use of PPE.
• Document maintenance needs and perform tasks within a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• Conduct inspections and preventative maintenance to minimize equipment downtime.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three years of maintenance experience in one of the following: Paint line maintenance, Industrial Mechanical Machine Repair, or Automotive Repair.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work at heights using ladders or aerial lifts.
• Ability to work various shifts, including weekends and overtime as required by business demand.
• Ability to obtain a security access badge at the client location.

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or trade school certification in Industrial Mechanical, HVAC, or a related field.
• Experience working safely with 480-volt 3-phase electrical systems.
• Experience troubleshooting industrial vacuum systems, RO/DI water systems, or large commercial HVAC/R equipment.
• Proficiency with CMMS environments and various diagnostic/testing instruments.
