About the role
Responsibilities
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs on plumbing systems and building fabric
- Installing new plant and equipment
- Diagnosing and repairing faults on systems
- Completing all necessary documentation, job packs and reports accurately and in a timely manner
- Working safely in accordance with work instructions, safe working practices and method statements
- Maintaining plant rooms, workshops and storage areas to a high standard of cleanliness
Requirements
- Strong background in mechanical maintenance with plumbing expertise
- Basic electrical maintenance skills
- Experience in both planned preventative and reactive maintenance tasks
- NVQ Level 3 qualification or equivalent (preferable)
- Ability to complete an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service Check
