Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

Responsibilities

• Carry out general maintenance tasks including electrical, plumbing, joinery, plastering, and fabrication work
• Respond to maintenance requests and assist with repairs or replacements
• Help with the set-up, relocation, and movement of furniture, equipment, and machinery
• Support redecoration, refurbishment, and improvement projects across the site
• Complete routine maintenance checks and maintain accurate records
• Work closely with supervisors to ensure health and safety standards are met

Requirements

• Level 3 Electrical qualification, including 17th or 18th Edition
• General working knowledge of plumbing and joinery
• Ability to maintain accurate logbooks and records in line with ISO 9001 and ISO 17025 standards
• Practical, hands-on approach with a willingness to learn new skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work well within a team
