Multi-Skilled Handyman

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of residential repairs and improvements
• Handle tasks across carpentry, drywall, painting, tiling, and light plumbing/electrical
• Accurately estimate and quote jobs based on time and materials
• Communicate clearly with customers and represent the Ace brand professionally
• Use ServiceTitan (tablet-based system) for job tracking and updates

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of professional experience in handyman work, carpentry, or home remodeling
• Strong skills across multiple trades (drywall, LVP flooring, basic electrical/plumbing, etc.)
• Comfortable creating job estimates and quoting work
• Own a reliable van or truck
• Own basic tools required for the job
• Comfortable using technology (tablet-based systems like ServiceTitan)
• Must live within 30 miles of Matthews, NC
• Reliable, punctual, and professional in customer-facing situations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing service roles
• Ability to upsell additional services when appropriate
