Responsibilities
- Perform residential maintenance and repair tasks
- Execute work across various trades including carpentry, tiling, painting, and drywalling
- Handle light plumbing and electrical tasks
- Manage moderate plaster and drywall work
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Handyman, Carpenter, or Professional Remodeler
- Ability to perform minor electrical and plumbing work
- Ability to perform moderate plaster/drywall work
- Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record
- Ownership of a standard set of hand and power tools
- Ownership of a work truck or van capable of transporting extension ladders
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
