Multi-Skilled Handyman

Responsibilities

• Perform residential repair, maintenance, and improvement projects
• Complete tasks such as carpentry, drywall repair, painting, tiling, and general handyman work
• Perform minor plumbing and electrical work
• Communicate professionally with customers and provide excellent service
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor on job sites
• Manage work independently while following company procedures and safety guidelines
• Use personal tools and vehicle to travel between job sites

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction, carpentry, or handyman roles
• Must live within 30–45 minutes of the Springdale, AR market
• Must own a truck or van for transportation
• Must own a standard set of tools required for the job
• Ability to perform minor electrical and plumbing work
• Willingness to complete a pre-employment background check and drug screen
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
