Multi Skilled Engineer

Responsibilities

• Conduct day-to-day maintenance activities to ensure maximum machine availability
• Perform proactive planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and continuous improvement work
• Execute analytical fault finding to resolve equipment issues
• Contribute to site projects and the implementation of new working methods
• Maintain maintenance monitoring and adhere to all health and safety standards and legislation
• Support Lead Engineers in workplace organization and mentor apprentices within the department
• Attend daily engineering steering, weekly RCA, and monthly energy meetings

Requirements

• ONC Qualified or Apprentice Trained
• Proven experience operating as a qualified Engineer within a manufacturing environment
• Strong technical knowledge of injection moulding, extrusion, and automated assembly systems
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with multiple stakeholders
• High degree of flexibility to ensure business needs are met

Preferred Qualifications

• Electrical bias preferred
• HNC Qualified
