Multi-Skilled Engineer

Responsibilities

• Perform planned preventative maintenance and compliance tasks, including Legionella testing
• Diagnose and repair faults across building systems such as HVAC, electrical installations, and plumbing
• Undertake fabric maintenance including carpentry, painting, and general repairs
• Support small refurbishment projects and coordinate with sub-contractors
• Maintain accurate documentation and records using digital systems

Requirements

• Electrical qualifications (Level 3 in Electrical Installations, C&G 236, 2391-52, or 18th Edition)
• Proven experience in multi-skilled maintenance covering both mechanical and fabric work
• Digital literacy and comfort using digital devices to update work records
• Ability to work as part of a collaborative team in sensitive care environments
• Ability to pass an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check
