Multi-Skilled Engineer

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance and compliance tasks, including Legionella testing
• Diagnose and repair faults across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building fabric systems
• Perform minor installation works, refurbishments, and system adjustments
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of all maintenance activities
• Participate in a 1-in-3 week on-call rota to provide essential emergency support

Requirements

• Solid experience in building maintenance
• Electrical qualifications (17th or 18th Edition)
• Proficiency with digital maintenance management systems
• Ability to participate in a 1-in-3 week on-call rota
• Ability to undergo an Enhanced DBS check
