Multi-Site Porter

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of assigned areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and laundry rooms
• Perform facilities maintenance duties including minor repairs
• Prepare outdoor areas for various weather conditions and weatherproofing
• Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment in good working condition
• Assist with moving furniture and equipment as required
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
• Follow safety protocols and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)

Requirements

• Ability to travel to and from multiple properties on an as-needed basis
• Basic knowledge of cleaning supplies and maintenance tools
• Ability to follow instructions and strong attention to detail
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks and lift heavy objects

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Porter or in a similar role
• High school diploma or equivalent
