Multi-Site Maintenance Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Inspect and oversee communities to resolve maintenance problems and ensure quality control
• Perform various maintenance activities including work orders and unit make-readies
• Develop and maintain preventive maintenance schedules for all equipment and building systems
• Manage, motivate, and provide direct leadership to the maintenance staff
• Hire and oversee external contractors such as electricians and plumbers
• Inspect and maintain building systems including heating, electrical, air conditioning, and ventilation
• Regulate budgets and track maintenance expenditures
• Manage material and tool inventory and place orders as needed
• Assist with the implementation of capital projects and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements

• 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor
• High school diploma
• In-depth knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
• Applicable knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices
• Strong problem-solving aptitude and manual dexterity
• Excellent time management, organizational, and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications

• HVAC certification
• CMRP certification
