Multi Site Maintenance Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Inspect and oversee community to resolve problems
• Perform maintenance activities including make readies and work orders
• Develop and maintain planning, scheduling, and preventive maintenance routines
• Manage, motivate, and provide direct leadership to maintenance staff
• Hire and oversee outside professionals such as electricians and plumbers
• Inspect and maintain building systems including heating, electrical, AC, and ventilation
• Perform periodic inspections of equipment to ensure quality and operating condition
• Regulate budget and track maintenance expenditures
• Manage material and tools inventory and place orders
• Assist with the implementation of capital projects
• Approve maintenance strategy including monthly reporting and KPI validation
• Ensure compliance with quality, health, and safety regulations

Requirements

• 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor
• HVAC certification
• Valid Driver's License and Insurance
• Basic computer skills
• In-depth knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
• Knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices
• Manual dexterity and attention to detail
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Problem solving aptitude
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to speak Spanish
