About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and standardize reliability programs across all sites, including RCM, RCA, and predictive maintenance
- Develop and implement multi-site maintenance strategies to improve asset uptime
- Optimize PM/PdM programs and ensure consistent use of CMMS systems
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and maintenance costs
- Provide leadership and coaching to site maintenance managers, planners, and reliability engineers
- Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- 7–10+ years of maintenance or reliability leadership experience in industrial manufacturing
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple sites or complex operations
- Strong knowledge of RCM, RCA, and predictive maintenance technologies
- Proficiency in mechanical, electrical, and process systems
- Proven leadership and team development skills
- Ability to travel frequently between sites
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
- Experience in wood products, paper, or heavy manufacturing industries
- Experience with CMMS and data analytics
- CMRP certification or equivalent reliability certification
