Responsibilities

• Supervise two restaurants and approximately 50 staff members, including chefs and managers
• Act as the guarantor of service quality, operational efficiency, and the Maslow Group style
• Monitor social media reviews and manage customer responses
• Contribute to the creation and renewal of the beverage menu (wines, cocktails, soft drinks)
• Manage team onboarding, continuous training, annual reviews, and salary evolutions
• Oversee daily scheduling and recruitment in collaboration with the HR team
• Drive financial efficiency by monitoring management ratios (food, staff, maintenance, energy, etc.)
• Manage orders, deliveries, stocks, and waste reduction
• Ensure compliance with hygiene standards, labor law, and safety regulations
• Supervise daily maintenance and troubleshooting of restaurant facilities

Requirements

• Significant experience in large table-service establishments (70+ seats)
• Previous multi-site management experience is a plus
• Mandatory fluency in English
• Strong stress management and constructive communication skills
• Hands-on approach with a passion for food and environmental impact
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams
