Multi-Season Assistant Coach

Responsibilities

• Support Middle and Upper School athletic programs across various sports for the 2023-24 school year
• Take on leadership responsibilities for as many as six different teams throughout the year
• Uphold and promote the mission and philosophy of the King School and the Athletic Department
• Follow the rules set forth by the Fairchester Athletic Association (FAA) and the New England Prep School Athletic Council (NEPSAC)
• Collaborate constructively with both children and adults in a positive spirit

Requirements

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Background in coaching or teaching
• Proven ability to collaborate with children and adults
• Availability for afternoon and evening practices and competitions (ranging from 2:15 p.m. to as late as 7:30 p.m.)
